   * prevent building of empty zip files (if list of files if empty after filtering)

   * new function to recode characters to VFAT compatible ones (on by default, just replace ':' with '%1A' for now)
   * error correction: include dir patterns no may include spaces
   * postfix completely excluded now, /var/cache/man excluded
